Brian A. Trainor, Founder/Advisor
The grandson of a San Francisco builder, Brian began his construction career in the late 1970’s, framing and hanging drywall. A natural leader who inspired collaboration, Brian quickly worked his way up to foreman, estimator, and then project manager. By the mid 1980’s, he was VP of a $45 million dollar West Coast construction company and had developed business relationships and friendships that endure today.
In 2001, he and his wife, Suzanne, a business executive and MBA, founded TCCI. With decades of experience in construction management and fieldwork, tireless energy combined with his team approach, Brian attracted exceptional talent to the firm and created a solid network of subcontractors, partners, and employees. Under his steady guidance, TCCI grew into a highly valued, national retail construction company, providing award-winning, first-class construction services to a wide range of clients.
Today, Brian serves as an Advisor to Bill and John, providing guidance in the office and field in areas such as finance, job-site problem solving, and client relations.
