Since joining Trainor Commercial Construction, Inc. in 2013, John Holmberg has been an invaluable leader and team player at TCCI. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, John’s work experience includes managing the company’s business development, field operations, managing multiple construction projects concurrently, scheduling, estimating, reporting, and contract negotiation. With Brian’s mentorship over the past decade, becoming co-owner was a natural progression.

John has exceptional project management skills and initiative. Clients appreciate his collaborative approach and his consistency in completing projects on time and on budget. Solution-driven, positive, honest, and discerning, John possesses the leadership qualities vital to TCCI’s continued success for years to come.
