Our Beginning
Trainor Commercial Construction, Inc. (TCCI) was founded in 2001 by husband and wife team Brian and Suzanne Trainor. They set up in their small San Anselmo home with a single client, a solitary computer, and a handful of employees. Fueled by Brian and Suzanne’s passion and determination and the support of their dedicated team, TCCI embarked on a remarkable journey of growth and success.
Nationwide Growth
Over the years, TCCI expanded its operations to become a prominent player in the national commercial construction industry. From its modest origins, the company grew into a thriving enterprise with over $55 million in annual revenue. With employees in Northern and Southern California, Texas, and the Midwest, TCCI established a strong presence in key regions across the country.
A New Chapter
A new chapter in TCCI’s history began when John Holmberg and Bill Shockey became co-owners. John first joined the company in 2013, and his exceptional skills and unwavering commitment quickly made it clear that he would play a vital role in shaping TCCI’s future. Bill became an integral part of the team in 2020 after a 15-year client relationship with the company. Today, the experienced TCCI team continues to deliver high-quality construction services to its valued clients, guided by the exceptional leadership of John, Bill, and Brian.
