TCCI has a humble beginning that can be traced back to September 2001 in the downstairs of Brian and Suzanne Trainor’s small San Anselmo home. It was a time when they were raising their two young sons and had nothing more than a single client and a solitary computer. Fueled by their passion and determination, along with the support of a handful of employees, TCCI embarked on a remarkable journey of growth and success.

Throughout the years, TCCI expanded its operations, becoming a prominent player in the national commercial construction industry. From its modest origins, the company flourished into a thriving enterprise with a staggering $55+ million in annual revenue. With key employees in Northern and Southern California, Texas, and the Midwest, TCCI had established a strong presence in important regions across the country.

One of the pivotal moments in TCCI's history came when John Holmberg joined the company after graduating from college. His exceptional skills and unwavering commitment made it evident that he would play a vital role in shaping the future of TCCI. In 2020, another significant addition was made to the TCCI team: Bill Shockey, who Brian knew for 15 years from the client side, became an integral part of the company. With a dedicated team of over 45 extraordinary employees and the leadership of exceptional talents like John and Bill, TCCI continues to excel in delivering high-quality construction services to its valued clients.
